Follow the A4 (London Road) into Bath Town Centre and stay in the right-hand lane until you reach a set of traffic lights. Go straight on at the lights, take the second exit at the next mini-roundabout and follow the road through to George Street. Miles's Buildings is at the end of George Street on the raised pedestrianised section running between the Porter Pub and Moles Studios. It is the first door on the right after the Porter. The closest and most convenient parking is in Charlotte Street - which is a five minute walk from our offices.

How does the property marketing design process work?

Typically property developers contact us either through word of mouth recommendations or by having seen some of our design work completed for other clients. Depending on the particular company or more frequently these days, individual developers, we can advise on a branding strategy if there is not one currently in place which will strengthen and specify the particular field that the developers are operating in. Whether that is overseas property development for example, or closer to home renovations and buy to let. The next stage would then be to determine what form of promotional marketing materials would be most suitable for your particular project. We can look at producing gatefold brochures, folders with pockets to contain inserts - to hand out to agencies or simple one page leaflets. We can source high quality print or if you prefer - reduce designs to PDF format in order to e-mail to interested buyers.Some developers are happy for 3rd party agents to sell on their behalf and we can always assist in providing unbranded generic brochures to suit these purposes. We have a large library of royalty free professional stock photography on hand that can really enhance any brochure or handout. We can also offer copyrighting should you require us to word things in an easily digestable descriptive manner. Just supply us with the raw basic materials and leave the rest to us! Last but not least we can put together a website for your company or particular project in order to maximise potential customers throughout the world. This can either take the form of a brochure website - emulating what you have in the way of printed promotional material or something more complex if you have a range of properties in development.
