Bulgarian Developments (Uk) Ltd: The Design Process
Pirin Park Resort is situated in Bansko, Bulgaria - Eastern Europe which is one of the hottest property spots in the world right now since Bulgaria has become part of the enlarged EU. There are many companies developing in this prime location and Lunatrix Design were asked to produce some marketing material that stood head and shoulders above the competition. The logo for the holding company was the first thing that was designed, incorporating the flags of Bulgaria and United Kingdom as the UK is where the majority of the apartments are expected to be sold. Next we had to assemble relevant copy from a wide variety of sources to produce a matt laminated with spot varnish gatefold brochure, making good use of artists impressions of the development site and CAD representations as the development was only in the planning stages. Since we began on the project the first phase of apartments has completey sold out and we have redesigned the brochure to allow for a second tier of developed properties. The website was the next obvious step and features a content managed searchable database of apartments, picture gallery and information on the area.
